LED wall washer is also called linear LED flood light and so on. Because of its long shape, some people call it LED line light. It is mainly used for architectural decorative lighting, and it is also used to outline large buildings. Compared with the circular structure of the LED flood light, the heat dissipation device of the strip structure of the LED wall washer appears to be easier to handle.
LED wall washer and LED guardrail tube have many similarities, let us introduce its parameters:
1) Voltage:
The voltage of LED wall washer is 220V, 110V, 24V, 12V, several kinds, so we should pay attention to the corresponding voltage when choosing the power supply. In addition, there are 18V, 36V, because these two transformers are relatively few in the market, It is not easy to match a transformer, so generally 24V or 12V is used for low voltage.
2) Working temperature:
Because wall washers are usually used outdoors, this parameter is more important, and the temperature requirements are relatively high. Generally, the outdoor temperature we require can work at -40°C + 60°C. But the wall washer is made of aluminum shell with better heat dissipation, so the general wall washer can meet the requirements.
3) Number of LED lamp beads:
The LED quantity of the universal wall washer is 9/300mm, 18/600mm, 27/900mm, 36/1000mm, 36/1200mm.
4) Protection level:
This is an important parameter of the LED wall washer, and it is also an important indicator that affects the quality of the current LED guardrail tube. We have to carry out strict requirements. We use it outdoors, and it is required that the waterproof level should be above IP65, which is the best. Relevant pressure resistance, chipping resistance, high and low temperature resistance, flame resistance, impact aging resistance grades
IP65: 6 on behalf of: completely prevent dust from entering 5 on behalf of: rinse with water without any harm.
5) Control method:
There are currently two control methods for LED wall washers: internal control and external control. Internal control means that there is no need for an external controller. The designer designs the control system in the Xian wall lamp, and the degree of effect cannot be changed. External control is an external controller, and its effect can be changed by adjusting the buttons of the main control. Usually in large-scale projects, customers can change the effect by themselves, and we all use the external control scheme. There are also many wall washers that directly support the DMX512 control system.
6) Color specifications:
2-segment, 6-segment, 4-segment, 8-segment full color, colorful, red, yellow, green, blue, purple, white and other colors.
7) Lighting angle:
The lighting angle is generally narrow (about 20 degrees), medium (about 50 degrees), and wide (about 120 degrees). At present, the farthest effective projection distance of high-power LED wall washers (narrow angle) is 20- 50 meters.
8) Mirror:
The glass reflective lens has a light transmittance of 95-98%, is not easy to fog, and can resist UV radiation.
9) Light source:
Generally, 1W and 3W LEDs are used as light sources, but due to the immature technology, 1W LEDs are more common in the market at present, because 3W generates a large amount of heat, and the light decays faster if the heat dissipation is not good.
10) Specifications and dimensions:
The default unit length is 1 meter. Since the shell is a high-temperature aluminum profile pulled from the model, the length can be customized according to customer requirements, and the width and height cannot be changed unless the mold is re-opened, but the cost of opening the mold is expensive.It will be used, except in special circumstances.
